Ну, в той части, которая «наркотическая» — натурально, самовнушение. А в той части, которая про «странные ощущения» и «смену настроений» — старая история про бинауральные колебания, которые иногда способны влиять на какие-то части мозговых процессов чисто за счёт того, что мозг подстраивается под звуковой ряд. Но про наркотический эффект там даже близко ничего нет. #плацебо - × × ×
