А полицейские записи обычно фиксируются и лежат в архивах. Это не значит, что их не будут терять, когда очень нужно, но в общем и среднем этих записей будет много, они наверняка будут доступны под Freedom of Information для граждан и журналистов, с большим простором для интерпретаций и анализа (даже для неархивируемых записей). В этом море будет удобно и топить важное (для одних), и по мелочам выстраивать общую картину (для других). Но качество самих людей от этого вряд ли поменяется. - × × ×
